Elaine's, a Bed and Breakfast
Sandia Peak Ski and Snowboard Package
Elaine's, a Bed and Breakfast has put together a ski package
designed for skiers or snowboarders. Make your reservations and
arrive at Elaine's to enjoy a hot beverage, as you take in the
warmth of one of the log home's fireplaces. After a good night's
rest or a night out sampling our local restaurants and entertainment,
wake up to a full hot breakfast served in Elaine's dining room.
With all that breakfast energy, you are ready to challenge
the mountain at Sandia Peak
Ski Area, where both skiers and snowboarders are welcome.
On non-holiday weekdays, there are virtually no lift lines, so
you can enjoy the slopes almost to yourself. The short ten mile
drive to the ski area is a not-to-be-missed occasion, since you
will be traveling along the Turquoise Trail National Scenic Byway.
After a day of playing in the snow, enjoy the ride back to
Elaine's, where you can enjoy the scenic views of the Sandia
Mountains dressed in winter white. Upon your return, grab a mug
of hot chocolate or tea and settle into the cozy living room
couch warmed by a roaring fireplace. Discuss your day's adventures,
while you plan your evening activities. Then spend the evening
out dining on the byway, followed by a restful night at Elaine's.
Don't forget to look for the shooting stars in the winter sky
from your king sized bed. The next morning, enjoy another of
Elaine's fine hot breakfasts served in front of her fireplace.
Finally, take your winter wonderland memories with you as you
enjoy another day in New Mexico, The Land of Enchantment!
