Do you ever hold weddings here?

Yes! However, the guest list may not exceed 25 people.

Must book the entire house for at least two nights.

Broken or damaged items caused by the wedding party will need to be replaced and/or paid for. If damage is excessive, a $1,000 damage and cleaning fee will be charged.

Wedding party must end or quiet down by 8:00 pm to be respectful of the surroundings and residents.

How much does it cost to have a wedding here?

Guests must book the entire house for a minimum of two nights. This price comes to $2,200.00 which includes a full breakfast each morning of up to 10 people. Additional guests will be charged $20.00 per person.

Do you cater?

No, but we will do a full breakfast in the morning for guests staying in the house up to 10 people. If you’d like to include more people, there is a $20.00 per person charge.

How many rooms can you book at once?

You may book the entire house at once. This will fall under our large group and holiday policy which can be found below.

What are your policies for large groups, holidays, and events?

Balloon Fiesta:

Any reservations made for October 4th, 2024 through October 13th, 2024 must be paid in full sixty (60) days in advance and are not refundable. Changing reservation dates is, however, available with two weeks notice.

A minimum of a two-night stay is required during the Balloon Fiesta and all other major holidays. This policy holds for any and all major holidays.

Major Holiday or Large Groups (3 or more rooms in a group):

A minimum of a two-night stay is required during all major holidays and for large group bookings.

Any reservations made with a large group or during major holidays must pay the full reservation amount sixty (60) days in advance and are not refundable after that point.
